With our proven strategy, we can typically get a client’s credit restored in as little as 3 to 6 months.

You are not obligated to continue the program.  We earn your business every month.  We encourage you to review your case each month to determine if we have met your goals.  You can cancel at anytime with a 30-day notice.  Our goal is to complete your program as quickly as possible.

What is included in my no-obligation credit consultation?

Your HCA advisor will discuss your application denial, credit situation, and goals, review your financial and budget situation, explain our services and our time-tested strategies that will help you get approved, discuss our proven 3-pronged credit ready program, and determine if we can help you reach your credit and home ownership goals.

What is ID Theft Defender?

ID Theft Defender is a comprehensive credit monitoring service.  HCA provides a complimentary subscription while you are active in our home credit program.  You can use your complimentary subscription to track your credit scores and monitor your credit reports.

Why do I have to use the credit monitoring though Home Credit Advisors?

The main reason is that it is complimentary and included with your program. In addition, HCA has found the ID Theft Defender report to be comprehensive and provide the information needed to service your account. Most monitoring services limit the number of fields and the frequency they update the information to reduce their costs

How does credit repair work?

NO ONE, not a consumer, an attorney, or credit repair agency can legally remove accurate, current, verifiable information from a credit report.  However, credit bureaus and reporting companies make a large number of mistakes and you should demand that your credit reports are 100% accurate.  It is the standard we work to achieve through our credit ready program. It is your legal right!

HCA’s home credit program has helped thousands of clients get approved for a new home loan. HCA utilizes a time-tested 3-pronged strategy that is effective and produces results relatively quickly. Step 1: upon enrollment and based upon your credit report and instructions; HCA will prepare and mail letters to the major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) and reporting companies to investigate, verify and validate the information they report and demonstrate their compliance with various laws governing consumer credit reporting. When necessary, HCA will prepare and file complaints with the BBB and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Step 2: if derogatory accounts remain with a balance owed and are affecting your approval, HCA will provide assistance resolving the debt legally and in your best interest and ensure the credit bureaus are updated. Step 3: at the appropriate time, HCA Advisors will evaluate the amount and type of positive credit reporting to your credit profile and, if needed, suggest and assist with the establishment of positive credit to bolster your credit standing. HCA also will provide information regarding the factors affecting your credit profile, strategies to build your credit score, as well as information about credit risk.

Can I repair my own credit?

Yes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information included in your credit files. It can be challenging, frustrating, and time consuming. To restore your credit properly, it requires a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations that control credit reporting and the companies that report. If you would like to try to repair your credit yourself, we offer a free guide, please request it here.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we use 128-bit encryption throughout our website, and we will not share or sell your personal information.

Can you guarantee that I will be able to get a home loan after going through the Home Credit Advisors program?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be given a home loan. There are many factors that influence your ability to be approved for a home loan. Your credit history is just one factor. However, we will help you restore your credit and put you in the best position to be approved.
